程序:

  • 在请求RGA号码之前,请与技术支持联系以查看您的情况,以了解是否可以在退回之前解决问题。联系CHA_applications@curtisswright.com获得技术支持。
  • 如果确定需要RGA号码,请通过电话952-500-6200或发送电子邮件至CHA_returns@curtisswright.com与退回的货物管理员联系。

国际修理:请严格遵守退回货物管理员提供的说明。不遵守已发出的说明可能导致维修和返修的延误。

必须填写并提交RGA申请表,并且必须在发放RGA号码之前提供采购订单编号。

 

  •  Curtiss-Wright在RGA时需要一个采购订单:
    • 保修退货:$ 750(如果保修范围确认,则免除)例外如下:

  • 非保修退货:根据所需服务水平的费用(咨询您当地的Exlar经销商的费用)
  • 估计服务日期将在RGA发布时提供。实际服务日期将在产品收到工厂后提供。
