Exlar Corporation has performed vibration testing on the Tritex II™ AC and DC electric actuator product lines. These tests were done to ensure the ability of the electronics inside the Tritex™ enclosure to endure industry standards for vibration.
Tritex II AC Standard:
IEC 61800-5-1 safely standard for drives. 1g peak, up to 150 Hz for <2 hours.
IEC 60068-2-64 random vibration standard, 2.5g rms, 50 to 500 Hz
Tritex II DC Standard:
IEC 61800-5-1 safely standard for drives. 1g peak, up to 150 Hz for <2 hours
IEC 60068-2-64 random vibration standard, 5g rms, 50 to 500 Hz.

On the Tritex models, we have documented specs, however, for GSX/M and SLM/G we do not have them due to the variables associated with these product lines. In the past, Exlar Corporation has run vibration on GS/GSX product lines. Our products that were tested passed these tests. However, the results of the test were not published as a spec due to the variables. One of the variables is the many different types of feedbacks that are used. Also, the many different mounting options that can be used have a big effect on vibration. If vibration testing is needed for an application, that can be discussed during an application consult.
